An alumni of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, Mr. Malhotra graduated in B. Com (Hons) from Delhi University. He earned his postgraduate MBA degree from ICFAI University and Enrolled as an Advocate upon accomplishing LL.B. after post graduation.

Over the past twelve years, the spectrum of his professional practice has spread to various High Courts and District Courts and Tribunals across India. Mr. Malhotra is a specialist in Trials and Arbitration.

Having handled myriad of matters touching various jurisdictions, both civil and criminal; Mr. Malhotra has various Judgments reported to his name. Throughout the long years devoted to illustrious practice, he has acquired distinguished proficiency, competence and ability to find legally tangible solutions to the most complex disputes.

A member of the Supreme Court Bar; He is a Solicitor and Litigator at core and conducts cases in Courts.

Mr. Malhotra is recognized for his out-of-the-box thinking, courtroom expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. 

Over the years, Mr. Malhotra has represented clients before various High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals across India. The Judgments of several cases conducted by him have been reported.

As a member of the Supreme Court Bar, Mr. Malhotra continues to appear before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other forums.
